Amelia DeVivo, MS CYT
Amelia holds a master of science degree and has been a certified yoga instructor for the past six years. Trained at Dharma Yoga, her teaching style focuses on exploring mindfulness, music, and creative sequences to foster a unique experience that blends both physical asana and Buddhist philosophy.
A believer that yoga should be accessible to all, Amelia teaches yoga/mindfulness both online and at studios across Austin. Her favorite yoga posture is triangle pose
